How you can get the desirable profession in a short period or improve skills in your field
People always want to become rich or educated faster as possible without any effort. Unfortunately, it happens very rarely, we need to nose to the grindstone to achieve some great goals, but possibly it can take much less time. It depends on how qualitative we use our precious time. If we work about 5–10 hours on our goals every day and come to our work with all the mind, it can be real, moreover, there is a fact that the hard-working nature plays a more important role than a talent by 99%.
Sometimes, we can ask ourselves, do we need a university education and study for it for 4 and more years? The difficult question for someone, some successful people consider that it is not worth it, on their mind, it is only wasting time and money because we can learn the same materials on our own. There is some truth, but for some people, it is not more than a fallacy because they consider that people need to study in the universities as customary, get some degrees and go to work, but, do these moral rules work nowadays, and can we get a job without any diplomas? Interesting question, I would answer this question like somewhere these rules work, in some places they don’t work, as I know, many people became successful without any education, for example, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Jason Statham, Tom Cruise, or Quentin Tarantino. But believe me, it was not luck because their dreams were implemented thanks to their hard work on themselves. So, do we need to study for 4 and more years for getting an education? It depends on your financial state, treatment to your time, which knowledge and field of activity you need to study for, and other factors. With the development of a world, we have more possibilities to study on our own, various experts create the alternatives for the education in universities, and the difference between studying in the university and these alternatives is in the time spent for getting some needed knowledge or certificate. That is, nowadays, we have the opportunity to not study in the universities for a long time and get the necessary knowledge in a short period. But these alternatives don’t give any guarantees that you can finish any courses of theirs and you would be hired by any company at once. No, it would not be like that, but anyway, with coming from one job interview to another, you raise your chances to get the job which you studied for.
So, what do I mean under the words “the alternatives for the education in universities’’? I mean the courses of some specializations that you can pass in a short period, acquire knowledge, certificate and get a job. Of course, it is not easy as it seems, but it is possible. So, if you want to save your time and money, the best variant for you is acquiring a certain profession through a needed course to you approximately for 6 months. But don’t forget, obtaining the certificate after passing the course can’t ensure that you would start to work only because of having it, even if the employer doesn’t require it since for being hired, you need to have the appropriate skills and attitudes for the employer. Also, it would be perfect, if you would study the additional materials of your field passing the course simultaneously because you must understand that you need to work very much to close the employer’s eyes on the lack of experience in the sphere which you would study for and open them to your having skills and attitudes.
And remember, only you decide what way to move forward, whether you would study in the university, acquire some profession in a short period or invent something without any certificates of education like Steve Jobs. It is your life, only you choose a future.
